My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and cozy ambiance with a fantastic bed and amenities. However, the absence of any acknowledgement was a downside, and the abundance of light switches seemed a bit illogical. The service was fantastic and very accommodating most of the time, with staff going out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. However, there were a few instances where the service fell short of expectations. The location was good, just a few minutes' walk from the metro exit, but it was a little tricky to find if the driver wasn't familiar with the area. The dining experience, although offering fresh salads, had some hiccups with cleanliness and staff attentiveness. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but improvements could be made in certain areas.
